Got this hotel at $75.

According to reviews on tripadvisor, the property is pretty old and service isn't great.

The location is nice, however, so overall an okay bid.

I stayed here in February, it reminds me of an older 1980's era Marriott property. My room was fine, clean, but a little worn. The common areas were fine. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall. I had a few drinks at the bar and breakfast in the restaurant and the service was fine. The bar serves a microbrew lager from Quebec that just won a bronze medal at some world beer competition, it was pretty good.

If I were to return to Montreal, I would absolutely stay here again, although I wouldn't want to pay rack rates. Your $75 bid is probably less than the rack rate for the Days Inn and in my opinion is a very good deal for the Gouverneur given it's location and the class of accommodations.

Is this hotel now considered 3 1/2*? On the BetterBidding Priceline Hotel List, it's listed as 3*.
