Priceline Hotel: Carmel Question

Hi Everyone -

I am looking at a trip to Carmel, and there is now a 4* choice for Carmel and Carmel Valley. I am hoping it is the Hyatt property, but I was wondering if anyone had any information. It is not on the California List provided.

It would be a priceline transaction. Unfortunately, the area for Carmel is quite large. That is why I was asking if anyone had any knowledge that might not be in the hotel list as it appears to be a new listing (only 3*'s have been available in Carmel up until this point).

In their retail product PRICELINE names Highlands Inn and Carmel Valley Ranch Resort as 4*. It's probably one of those two.

I would give the 'edge' to the Carmel Valley Ranch because the Hyatt (Highlands Inn) is located further south in Carmel Highlands. PRICELINE's map of this zone doesn't extend far enough south to include the Hyatt. Also, as info, HOTWIRE sells the Carmel Valley Ranch, so it's quite possible PRICELINE is now, too.
