It would be a priceline transaction. Unfortunately, the area for Carmel is quite large. That is why I was asking if anyone had any knowledge that might not be in the hotel list as it appears to be a new listing (only 3*'s have been available in Carmel up until this point). TBN
Hi Everyone - I am looking at a trip to Carmel, and there is now a 4* choice for Carmel and Carmel Valley. I am hoping it is the Hyatt property, but I was wondering if anyone had any information. It is not on the California List provided. Thanks. TBN
Hello - Using the PRICELINE link, I did the following for a 4* 75 for South Boston / Waterfront - REJECTED 85 adding Copley - REJECTED 90 adding Brookline/Brighton - REJECTED 97 adding Fenway Park - ACCEPTED Winning hotel was the Westin Waterfront. An absolutely fantastic hotel.
Using the PRICELINE link: I bid 75 on a 4* in Boston - Waterfront - REJECTED Added 4* Financial District - REJECTED Added 4* Copley - REJECTED Added 4* Brookline/Brighton -ACCEPTED Omni Parker House. I have stayed there, but never won on Priceline. I usually (90%) of the time get the Hyatt. Omni is a dump and certainly not a 4*, not looking forward to it.
116/night using the HOTWIRE link. 5* - Wynn Las Vegas 1/23/09-1/26/09 Never used HOTWIRE, as the PRICELINE information on this site is so useful. Golf was listed as "nearby" so I thought Venetian could be an option as well.
Used the Better Bidding PRICELINE link for the following: Providence Downtown 4* 70 Bid - Accepted 87 after taxes. Also, as an FYI, when bidding on Providence there appears to be a 3.5 star option now...
