pacificboot Posted October 30, 2009 Report Posted October 30, 2009 So.. here is my strategy (used the PRICELINE links above for bidding)All Four Star Dec 23-26 2 rooms$120 - MTE - Rejected$125 - MTE + Times Square - Rejected$130 - MTE + Times Square + Chelsea - Rejected$135 - MTE + Times Square + Chelsea + MTW - AcceptedBooked the Hilton NY.I think I probably overbooked a little - other than the valentine weekend bid by other user, this was the most expensive bid for Hilton this year. This was also the hotel that accepted my bid earlier this year. So I was little disappointed as I wanted to try different hotels.

As you may now know, you should have closed and re-opened your browser when adding the MTW zone and started at lower bids once again. Feel free to ask for help before bidding for your next hotel stay.Thank you for sharing your win with the board and using our PRICELINE link to begin your bidding.Enjoy your stay. Do you mind me asking how much everything was with taxes and fees and is this the Hilton on 54th and 6th/avenue of the americas?

Prices isn't that cheap compared to previous Priceline history for the hotel - but I guess considering it is Christmas, the price is quite attractive.
