I believe the subject line needs to be changed--this win is for the Hyatt in Newport Beach. By the way, I just had a quick stay there (not via PL but a Hyatt free night) and the hotel is very nice. Rooms were refurbished recently and they've done an excellent job--I highly recommend. I would be happy with winning either Hyatt in this zone now.

Yes, it is the Hyatt in Newport Beach. My family and I are planning to enjoy watching the boat parade Saturday night on the nearby Balboa Island.
