When you search HOTWIRE are you selecting 2rooms/4adults OR 2rooms/8adults.

You need to include the total of of adults (not per room) and i'm getting much higher prices (and different offerings at the 4.5* level) when searching for 8adults vs 4adults.

The price for the 4.5 stars is $96 and the 4 stars is $102.

For the 4.5* my best guess is Ivy Hotel.

For the 4* my best guess is Hilton Gaslamp.

Both hotels have been reported with the listed icons in the past. HOTWIRE doesn't give TripAdvisor stats for either hotel, which would strengthen my confidence in the IDs. Those are common icons and some other hotel could be displaying them for the first time. But Ivy and Hilton Gaslamp are the most likely.
