Hotwire Hotel: Help Identifying 3.5* in NW Fresno

Ammenities: Airport shuttle, comp. breakfast, fitness center, pool, laundry, restaurant, biz center, close to golf.

I'm thinking it is one of the Picadilly properties but I wasn't aware that any of them are considered 3.5 stars (they shouldn't be if they are but...)

It doesn't sound like it's what you want to hear but my best guess is this is a Piccadilly Inn. There are four Piccadillys (Piccadillies?) in Fresno, but the one on West Shaw is the only one in the Northwest Fresno zone.

HOTWIRE doesn't give TripAdvisor stats for this listing, but there are a couple strong clues that this is probably Piccadilly: 1) free breakfast is very unusual at a hotel rated 3.5* (but Piccadilly has it), and 2) an airport shuttle is unusual at a hotel located so far from the airport (but Piccadilly has it).
