Does anyone know which hotel this is?

The Holiday Inn Express-Mission Bay has been reported with those icons in the past.

If you click "Continue" next to the listing you'll see the hotel has a TripAdvisor rating of 3 out of 5, with 20+ reviews. On TripAdvisor the HIE is rated 3.5 though, not 3. Despite the discrepancy I still think this is probably the HIE and that the new 3.5 rating just hasn't transmitted to HOTWIRE yet. Sometimes there's a time lag.

3/5 isn't a very strong TripAdvisor rating, so my inclination would be to wait a bit and see if anything else turns up, especially as your trip is still six months away.
