I am checking the dates August 2nd through the 4th, 2009 on Hotwire for Coronado. A four star lodging comes up for $196 with these amenities:

Near Beach

Restaurant

Any ideas what this place might be? Thanks

Looking to ID 5* La Jolla hotel for August 2-4 for $209. Do not see any 5* hotels listed in the BB Hotwire List. Here are the amenities:

This property has not yet been identified... what is it that you're looking for from this stay, as we dont' typically see users looking at 4* and 5* hotels at $200+ and then switching gears to consider a 2.5* property for less than $100.

Sorry about starting a new thread. I missed that rule somewhere.

Ideally I do not want to spend a lot of money. I am hoping to find something in the $100 range or less. However, if I found a super deal at a great place, I would reconsider. Therefore, I am looking at all options.

There's a 4* in the Gaslamp Quarter area in San Diego on HOTWIRE for $97 for these dates.

Booked independently in Old Town at the Holiday Inn Express. We were so confused with our San Diego Options. It worked out okay. We are just more comfortable using Priceline in NJ.
