This 3* hotel hasn't been ID'ed. I don't find those icons in Hotwire Vacation Packages and there are no TripAdvisor stats. There's not a lot to go on.

The icons are a subset of what's been reported for Holiday Inn Express in the past. So that would be my first guess, but it's pretty much a guess.
