When on PriceLine.......which area would Old Towne/Penns Landing fall under? City Line/Downtown/University? I think for Hotwire they actually have this area listed...but I think I'd prefer to use priceline (seems like beeter rates)

The PRICELINE zone that includes Penns Landing and Old City neighborhoods is called Downtown Philadelphia, the same zone as the Wyndham.
