Holiday Inn on the Bay is in Hotwire's Downtown-Harbor Island zone. It's already in the Hotel List, in DT-HI.

On Holiday Inn's website I don't find any Holiday Inn in La Jolla zone. (And La Jolla is about the only area of San Diego without a Holiday Inn!) Hopefully VBW will reconfirm.

Hi all, the hotel does come up in the SD La Jolla area on Hotwire, though it does have a SD address -- 1355 N. Harbor Drive, SD, 92101. Hope that helps!

The Harbor Drive address that you posted is the correct address for Holiday Inn on the Bay, but that address is 12 miles from La Jolla, per Mapquest.

I just looked at Hotwire's La Jolla zone boundaries to see if they've changed and they haven't. Holiday Inn on the Bay is definitely not in the La Jolla zone.

When I search Hotwire for 4/27 I find a 3* in Downtown-Harbor Island with the same icons you posted, and it's a match for Holiday Inn on the Bay. The 3* in La Jolla has completely different icons. And I'm not aware of any hotels in La Jolla that have an airport shuttle, which is one of the icons you posted.

What makes you think you purchased a hotel in La Jolla, VBW? All of the evidence points towards Downtown-Harbor Island zone.

If you log into "MY ACCOUNT" on Hotwire; then click "Trip Details" it will display the name of the zone where you purchased.

I've edited the topic title to reflect the Downtown-Harbor Island zone as all indications is that this is the correct zone for the property received.

I'm guessing the OP entered "La Jolla" in the search box and then ultimately purchased a hotel offered in the Downtown-Harbor Island zone... if the OP disagrees please let us know if there is anything in the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right of HOTWIRE's home page which indicates "La Jolla" or anything which indicates "Downtown-Harbor Island"
