Bob Loblaw Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 I will be needing a hotel in Philly on April 29th for one night, in Atlantic City for April 30th for one night and back in Philly on May 1st for one night. First off, is there any advantage to waiting until the last minute or am I better off to book ASAP? Also, I am hoping to get Radisson Warwick (downtown Phi) the first night, Caesers the second night (AC) and Holiday Inn Stadium (Phi) the third night. Can someone help me with that? What are my chances of achieving this? Also, what is better in your opinion PRICELINE or HOTWIRE? Thank you in advance.
yellowdog Posted April 3, 2009 Report Posted April 3, 2009 Welcome to BetterBidding :) Please read this to start with: I've never used Priceline or Hotwire and this link Should i Bid Early or Close to Arrival DateYou can't target a specific hotel on PRICELINE. Maybe HOTWIRE is a better option since the board many times can take an educated guess on the hotel before you book it.Feel free to post with any question. YellowDog.

Bob Loblaw Posted April 4, 2009 Author Report Posted April 4, 2009 I booked there for April 29th, I might want to stay there for two extra days and it appears that Priceline has that option.....it is easy as just extending at the same price? What about the price differential where our first night is a Wednesday.....wouldn't hotels usually charge more for the Friday? Thanks
dahammer Posted April 4, 2009 Report Posted April 4, 2009 Please keep all topics relating to this stay in the same thread.Extending your stay is not always available, however, if you are offered this, you can only extend your stay for the same number of days of your original bid. Plus, you said that you want to be in Atlantic City on 4/30.
