Bob Loblaw
Also, what would be considered 3 stars in Atlantic City? 4 stars? Sorry if I am posting this in the wrong place. I am not very computer savvy. Link to comment
Bob Loblaw
Looking at the hotels websites, I can get Resorts for 75$ or Caesers for 125$ for April 30/09. Would I be able to do better than that on Priceline anyways because the price is pretty good? Link to comment

Bob Loblaw
If i try to buy a 4* Atlantic City Hotel on Priceline, the only availability is Caesers so does that mean if I bid on a 4* it would inevitably be bidding on Caesers???? Link to comment

Bob Loblaw
Not alot of Atlantic City Hotels to choose from on PRICELINE / HOTWIRE. Caesers seems to be the only 4* (only one listed so I assume that is what it is) and I went as high as 78$ with no success. I ended up just booking Resorts through their website for 75$. I think it may have been available for cheaper through Hotwire BUT when it comes to Atlantic City, for a little cheaper it was not worth the risk of getting stuck at some Super 8 a couple of streets over from the boardwalk. (although it did say Casino....still not worth the risk). My conclusion? Priceline/Hotwire aren't as effective for this area! I would assume Vegas to be the same (I keep getting comp offers in the mail from there but if only the Phillies played out of there). The date of my booking for Resorts is Thursday, April 30th.
