Priceline Hotel: Resorts? Caesers?

Looking at the hotels websites, I can get Resorts for 75$ or Caesers for 125$ for April 30/09. Would I be able to do better than that on Priceline anyways because the price is pretty good?

Yes, you could probably do better but you really can't target a specific hotel, you must be willing to accept any hotel in the selected zone and the minimum star rating that you choose.

I know you can only give a best guess BUT......Hotwire 39$

3* Casino Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Internet Golf nearby Tennis nearby AND if you click "See all amenities" then it adds Spa available

Thank You

this has not been positively identified, but I believe this could be Resorts.

Please use this HOTWIRE link if you proceed.

If i try to buy a 4* Atlantic City Hotel on Priceline, the only availability is Caesers so does that mean if I bid on a 4* it would inevitably be bidding on Caesers????

so far, Caesars is the only 4* reported to the board, but there is always a slight chance that someone could be the first to report a new hotel.

Please use the PRICELINE links on the board if you proced, and if time permits, stop at the White House on Arctic Ave. for a great sub sandwich.

Not alot of Atlantic City Hotels to choose from on PRICELINE / HOTWIRE. Caesers seems to be the only 4* (only one listed so I assume that is what it is) and I went as high as 78$ with no success. I ended up just booking Resorts through their website for 75$. I think it may have been available for cheaper through Hotwire BUT when it comes to Atlantic City, for a little cheaper it was not worth the risk of getting stuck at some Super 8 a couple of streets over from the boardwalk. (although it did say Casino....still not worth the risk).

My conclusion? Priceline/Hotwire aren't as effective for this area! I would assume Vegas to be the same (I keep getting comp offers in the mail from there but if only the Phillies played out of there).

The date of my booking for Resorts is Thursday, April 30th.

there are a lot of marginal hotels generally at 2* and below, the casino properties are not fleabags
