After checking it out on Tripadvisor, it sounds like HOTWIRE guests get a poor small room over the restaurant with lots of noise......if true , buyer beware

Often, HW and PL buyers do get the less desirable rooms. But if you're informed and proactive, you might be able to avoid this. When you check-in, ask for a quiet room because you're a light sleeper or are allergic to certain food smells or something. If they have availability, they may give you something better. Some front desk people won't be amenable, but some will. So it never hurts to ask.
