The hotel's TripAdvisor stats are 3.5 out of 5 with 60+ reviews. That's a match for the Holiday Inn Express Santa Barbara or the Montecito Inn. I can't find either hotel in Hotwire Vacation Packages and so I'm unable to narrow it down further than that.

The Tripadvisor info indicates the last review was December which matches the Holiday Inn Express Santa Barbara... the Montecito Inn was reviewed in both March and late February (and before that in December). There's a chance that the TA info shown by HOTWIRE hasn't been updated since late February, but other than that, this would look to be the Holiday Inn Santa Barbara (between the two above).
