That hotel hasn't been identified yet. Three possibilities are the Casa Sirena Hotel, Channel Island Inn, and the Best Western Oxnard Inn. I think one of the first two is most likely.

Since this is a ten night stay consider buying the hotel just for one night, 8/18 for example. That way you'll know what you're getting. If it's a hotel you want then you can purchase the other nine nights.
