XT600 Posted September 27, 2008 Report Posted September 27, 2008 Seems that these rates are gone? bid up to $59 for 3 and 2,5* for Oct 1st to 2nd but only rejected.
Colfax Posted September 27, 2008 Report Posted September 27, 2008 jrnyman04 bid for a Friday night. You're bidding for a Wednesday and Thursday. It's common for business oriented brands like Courtyard to have lower rates, and lower PRICELINE rates, on weekends than weekends. And some hotels ONLY give rooms to PRICELINE on weekends.Courtyard is $149 for your dates. Maybe try to $75? That's still half off.
XT600 Posted September 28, 2008 Report Posted September 28, 2008 Yes $75 could work but it's still almost double the $43do you think they give PRICELINE a last-minute lower rate? maybe tomorrow (2 days before arrival)?
thereuare Posted September 29, 2008 Report Posted September 29, 2008 Yes $75 could work but it's still almost double the $43Rates are date specific... if demand is twice as strong on weeknites vs. weekends then the prices above make total sense.
