Hotwire Hotel: Help ID 2* in San Luis Obispo

I will drive from San Diego to San Jose, on Dec 21. My plan is to stay one night some where near Hearst Castle, and pay a visit next day. However, hotels nearby are expensive. Does anyone has suggestions? Thanks!

This property has not yet been identified.

There is a chance it's the Anchor Inn Morro Bay, but that would just be speculation and i don't have a high degree of confidence in that guess.

I finally booked Anchor Inn directly without using either hotwires or priceline, since the hotels around this area are pricy anyway.

One night stay is only ~ $50. The hotel is clean, though everything is old. Considering the price, I think it is a deal.
