Hi all,

I live about 2 hours from EWR so my 7:30 AM departure (and it's int'l to boot) will require driving in the wee hours of the morning. Are there any airport hotels that would offer a cheap 1-night stay, and also keep my car in their lot during my trip?

I believe you will need to contact the hotel directly, at EWR the Hampton and Ramada offer this and possibly the Holiday Inn and Sheraton Four Points. You might want to weigh the cost of this type of accomodation vs. HOTWIRE or Priceline bid and paying to park at the typical rate of about $10 per day. The Country Inn and Suites in Elizabeth has a Park and Stay rate that includes 7 days of parking. This may be reserved through the Travel Links to Help Support BetterBidding. :)

We ended up picking a flight with a 3PM departure, partly to avoid this park-sleep-fly expenditure.
