Build a HOTWIRE package and see what hotels come up.

For these dates Hotwire's vacation packages don't include any 2*'s in the Greater Downtown zone.

My best guess is this will be the Days Inn City Center at 1414 SW 6th Ave, which has a pool and restaurant. No guarantee, of course.

I would prefer a pool but have decided against a 2*. Scouting out other hotels in Portland. Thank you for your help.

3* hotel downtown Portland, OR (convention center), 8/3-8/11/07

HOTWIRE is showing no amenties for this property. I've never seen that before. I can't believe that a 3* would have no amenities. The price is amazing for this time period. Is there any way to ID a hotel with no amenties listed? (how many times can I type the word "amenities" in one post).

My dates are flexible for travel over the summer so I'm looking to go when I can get the best hotel rate. My preference is for a pool so I've been looking and looking...

The hotel chose not to list any amenities, but it no doubt has several.

You can try the trick of building a fake hotel + rental car package (or a fake flight+hotel package) on Hotwire for your dates, and see what hotels show up.
