Hotwire Hotel: 3.5* downtown-Harbor Island, San Diego

I need some help in identifying this hotel. Did the usual i.e. looked at list, looked at Hotwire packages, still no ID. Amenities = Boutique; breakfast; restaurant; business center; high speed internet.

What makes the identity of this hotel interesting and complex is the fact that it is a "boutique" hotel, 3.5 stars, and that it offers a complimentary breakfast. In San Francisco, this would be very normal, but in San Diego????

How about some help on this one.
