huntley Posted August 2, 2006 Report Posted August 2, 2006 This is my first time here. I used Hotwire to get 3-4 nights in SFO some two years ago, and haven't used it or Priceline since. We are planning to be in NYC for two nights this coming weekend (Fri-Sat), and have a tentative reservation in Secaucus NJ for $109 + tax (say, $125), parking included, for a room with two double beds. We are bringing our in-laws.We would consider switching to a Manhattan location if the rate is comparable, including parking. Am I asking for too much, particularly with the two double beds?Any guidance would be much appreciated. Many thanksHuntley
dahammer Posted August 2, 2006 Report Posted August 2, 2006 can you please list the name of the hotel, include star rating and how you booked this reservation? Thanks!
thereuare Posted August 2, 2006 Report Posted August 2, 2006 Also...Date(s) of your NYC stay? Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases
powerplantop Posted August 2, 2006 Report Posted August 2, 2006 My last Hotel stay in Manhattan parking was $45/night. If you have to get a room with two beds for 4 people remember that PL does NOT guarantee room type only that it will sleep two. On HOTWIRE you can get a room for four.
