Priceline Hotel: 2.5* NYC Airports (Elmhurst-Corona) PanAmerican Hotel

I will be arriving Sept4 and staying until Sept8. I am hoping that Queen's or Elmhurst is an admirable place to stay for the US Open tennis and the Mets game?

I have never been to NY and would appreciate any tips or suggestions for this 3 night stay.

Elmurst and Queens clean and safe areas?

Oh my flight will be arriving at JFK if that helps any.

Just booked using Priceline. I think it was the second day I bid but I was accepted for $75US times 3 nights plus $48.73US in taxed for a grand total of $273.73US

Accepted to stay at the PanAmerican Hotel in Brooklyn-Queens area.

I was also accepted for a return flight from PDX-NYC with one stopover and a change of planes for $154.21US taxes included using "Lowest FareBooking" on Priceline. I think thats one hech of a deal. Almost too good to be true in my books.

Yes that's the hotel I will be staying at. That is also the zone I bid. :)

Everything I have ever read about the PanAmerican has been negative to the point of warning you to stay away. Good luck
