Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Houston (Westchase - Houston Southwest) Houston Marriott Westchase

Its been a while since I've been in Houston and needed to go back. Every time I have done this in the past, it was the Marriott Westchase. I wanted to make sure its the same as the hotel is renovated recently and I hear its really nice (even before it was already pretty good). Issue is I'm not sure which is which one to go for, the 3.5 or the 4.0 star. One is the Marriott and one is the Hilton.

it was free parking, nothing else listed. Usually it shows free internet too but this time it did not show it.

 

if it has "pet friendly" it will not be the marriott but another hotel. The Marriott does not allow pets.
