  1. it was free parking, nothing else listed. Usually it shows free internet too but this time it did not show it. if it has "pet friendly" it will not be the marriott but another hotel. The Marriott does not allow pets.
  2. Its been a while since I've been in Houston and needed to go back. Every time I have done this in the past, it was the Marriott Westchase. I wanted to make sure its the same as the hotel is renovated recently and I hear its really nice (even before it was already pretty good). Issue is I'm not sure which is which one to go for, the 3.5 or the 4.0 star. One is the Marriott and one is the Hilton. It is 3.5 Stars Houston Westchase (SW Area) Travel Date: 6/23-6/25 $55/night - Single or Double Bed (options available) Free parking
  3. I booked the 4* through Price.Line, but it is refundable, so I'm still considering attempting a cheaper PRICELINE EXPRESS / Hot.wire option still. I just wanted to lock down a hotel for the time being. It was the Sheraton as well. I know in another thread, someone stated stay away from the 2.5 stars, but I'm going to assume it is the same place between Priceline/Hotwire. The 3* had a 45% rating which seems like it would be the Congress. What would these two be? Millennium park, Loop, & Grant Park Area Priceline Express: 2.5 star $99/night, choose your bed options ($99-186) +Bu
  4. I didn't even think of that...lol I was posting without thinking. How about this one instead: PL EXPRESS: 3.5 stars Rated 8.0 +Business Center +Restaurant +Free Internet +Fitness Center Can pick your bed $149
  5. Last ID before I book tonight... Haha Hotwire: 3 star Millennium Park, downtown, grant Park 45% Fitness, restaurant, business center, self laundry, Internet access 119
  6. This is probably the same place, but any opinions on this? Hotwire: Magnificent Mile Area - River North Area Hotel 3* Collection +Business Center +Fitness Center +Smoke-Free Room +In-Room accessibility +Roll-In Shower 55% recommended (....eh?) $123 Priceline EXPRESS: North Michigan Ave - River North Area Hotel 3* +Business Center +Fitness Center $129 or should I just book the 4* one for $152 from priceline express in terms of quality worth it for another ~$50
  7. Price went up to 150s...probab end up booking tonight. Unfortunately, we won't be driving and most of the things we want to do are around that area. The 3 star is 120 or so through express deals. Should I make a new thread for an ID?
  8. Probably so. I think I may just look on HOTWIRE as well and see what the price is like over there. Ideally they wanted to spend closer to ~$100 a night, 3-4 years back I was able to get $90/night for a 4* in mid-august through PRICELINE EXPRESS, but it looks like that won't be the case this year.
  9. Just did. Will also be using the links as well since it helps out the site. I appreciate the help from you both! I'll keep an eye out on the prices for the PL EXPRESS DEALS to see if it trends down. For "Name your price" in that region and selecting a 4*, do you guys think I would get a lower price than ~141 for the Sheraton/W (assuming those are the two locations).
  10. Hey guys, I was looking through the other threads and there seems to be 2-3 different ones for 4*... Could anyone help in regards to what a Name your price cost would go at lowest in their opinion and what is the ID of it? Appreciate the help! 8/21-8/23 4* $141 a night Rated 8.0 Guest Favorite + Business Center + Restaurant + Free Internet + Indoor or Outdoor Pool + Fitness Center Ideally I was looking to stay around the michigan ave-millenium park area with a 3-star minimum preference, but the 3-3.5* options seem more expensive than the 4-4.5*. Any opinions as well? Thanks again!
