I usually get the Clarion, former Holiday Inn when bidding in this area, but it was not to be. Ended up increasing my bids and eventually got the Ramada right off the LIE. I would have preferred to stay in the Hauppauge area, but this zone is becoming very pricey, how I miss those $41 wins at the Hyatt Wind Watch. I used the BetterBidding WinAlerts app to check HOTWIRE prices along with those of Hotels..com simultaneously, its a great app for anyone with an apple or android device.Offer Price: $ 62.00Taxes & Fees: US$ 16.49Total $ 78.49

While we may not see a return of rates in the $40's, hopefully the higher rates in this area are summertime related and we will see lower rates in this area in the upcoming slower season.
