Hotwire Hotel: 3* Downtown Soho / 4* empire state building

Hi,

I'm looking for a place to stay this Friday 23rd. I have 3 options on hotwire.

4* Empire State Building area - $132 (normally $259) - boutique hotel, restaurant, laundry

3.5* Downtown soho - $134 (normally $199) - free internet, smoke free rooms, fitness center, laundry, high speed net

3* Downtown soho - $135 (normally $179) - fitness, business center and high speed net

Can anyone please ID these for me as it's quite urgent?! Thanks in advance!

EDIT: I think I've worked out the first 2 - King & Grove, Club Quarters, so if someone could help with the last one that would be great!
