mtsublueraider
This one really has me stumped. I'm looking for a hotel in this area of Sacramento and it's listed as $53 for Friday Sept 6th. It's for one night and is recommended in 95% of hotwire reviews.AmenitiesBreakfast, Fitness, pool, business, laundry, internet, golfThe thing that's stumping me is that hotwire says this hotel typically charges a resort fee? What? I can't imagine a hotel with 3 stars in this area charging a resort fee.Are there any chain hotels out there now that are charging this?My best guesses (aside from resort fee) are Hyatt Place, Staybridge Suites, Residence Inn, and a few others like that in this area. Thanks for the help! Link to comment
mtsublueraider
I may have answered my own question after a bit more searching...Hotwire Hotel SacramentoThink this is the same place? Holiday inn Express? Link to comment
AaronJB
My guess would be the Holiday Inn Express. See Hotwire Sacramento thread.Edited to add now that I see the above: yes, I'd also agree the HIE would be the likely possibility.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. Colfax
I've stayed at this Holiday Inn Express, very recently in fact, and they do NOT charge a resort fee. If this is the HIE (and I think it probably is) the Hotwire listing is in error. Roseville-Rocklin isn't a resort area and to my knowledge no hotels in Roseville-Rocklin area charge a resort fee. mtsublueraider
I did book this through the HOTWIRE link on better bidding and it was, in fact, the Holiday Inn Express. Thanks! Link to comment
