Colfax
Icons as previously reported: Smokefree, Restaurant, Fitness, Business, Pool, HighspeedI was at the Mansion Inn 4/21-4/23 for $42 via Hotwire, and I wanted to stay one more night. Hotwire recently introduced a feature called "Add to your Stay", similar to Priceline's Add a Night. I tried it for the first time here and Hotwire said the extra night would be $55, not $42.I went downstairs to the hotel's lobby computer and tried a fresh search, not using "Add to Your Stay" and the price was $55 purchasing that route too. So Hotwire isn't marking up the "Add to Your Stay Price" rate the way that Priceline does with Add a Night. The Clarion simply cost more on 4/23, a Saturday night.I bought it through the BetterBidding HOTWIRE link, but of course. Link to comment

Colfax
Another interesting thing about Hotwire's Add to Stay feature...I tried adding one more night to my $55 reservation, making a four night stay total, and Hotwire replied that the additional night would be $42! Priceline never gives you a break like that when the rate goes down. Link to comment
