The hotel had free WIFI, but there was nothing in the room telling you that. I had to go to the front desk and ask and I was given the ID and the Password. The WIFI speed wasn't that hot though. More like 56K baud. The hotel had a Business Center of sorts that didn't have a symbol on the reservation page. The room was adequate for one night, but I really had to wonder about the carpet. It appeared that it needed to be shampooed. I started my shopping using PRICELINE, but for a 3* I was up to $60.00 and didn't find any takers at the price. I also have to wonder about the 3* rating. I've stayed at the Hilton at the Oakland Airport which was a 3* I believe. This hotel doesn't compare. The reception desk has a video camera to tell the desk clerk there is someone at the front desk. He must hang out in the back room and when he sees some one on the monitor he then comes forward.

Sorry to hear this property didn't live up to your expectations for a 3* property... sounds like it was acceptable, but not memorable, and there are other/better properties in the area.
