Colfax
The 2* offering has changed since you posted. Hotwire's current 2* only has 40% positive reviews so it's not a good value at $65, whatever it is.The 2.5* hasn't been ID'ed but my best guess is this is one of the Comfort Inns in the zone (there are several) or La Quinta. If you purchase please use this HOTWIRE link and let us know what you get.Is one bed enough for your party? If it is I think you might win a higher rated hotel in Mission Valley--3.5* or 3*--for less than these Hotwire rates. Someone can suggest a strategy if you're interested. (The higher rated hotels probably won't have the Continental Breakfast though.) Link to comment
Minkeo
THanks for the reply.. So you will suggest that i use PRICELINE to bid for the hotel? Yes 1 bed is enough for our party...:)Cheers Link to comment

Colfax
What's your objective on PRICELINE? Do you want to try and win a higher rated hotel on PRICELINE (3.5* or 3*) for less than HOTWIRE's 2.5* rate of $69?Or do you want a 2.5* hotel but at a lower rate than $69?I'll mention that $69 could be enough for a 3* in PRICELINE's Downtown-Harbor Island zone too, if you prefer that area over Mission Valley.
