The "last person got ..." message shown by HOT.WIRE is in reference to the last person who won a hotel in that zone at that star rating... it doesn't apply to the amenity set of the current offer nor does it say anything about the current hotel offered. You can't bid on or avoid a specific hotel when using PRICE.LINE You have to be able to accept any hotel in the zone at the star rating (or higher) you select. Would you like to exclude the Champs Elysees zone and only bid at the Opera Quarters?
