StSebastian have you been in the high rollers suite at the V?If so how big is it?Ive been in the ones at the Hilton,Bellagio and Caesars.

Every time I ask for two beds at the V they want more money.You might try to e-mail or call ahead and ask before you get to the desk,other wise just use the pull out sofa like I always do.Plenty of room for four in all their rooms.Dont tell the hotel you have more then two,they will want more money.

San Remo is a 3* on priceline so it might be rated higher on Hotwire.I stayed there once and hope to never stay there again.

AEmgee,sorry to say I have been out here in AZ for 17 years and have never seen the canyon.So I wont be much help on that.

Might not be the westin,are there any 4*s around the airport?San Reno is on that side of the strip,I would hate to think it could be popping its ugly head up on Hotwire.

People get their requests all the time in here,usualythe only time theres a problem is when the hotel is full.The guy at the Omni was new or stroking you.

Welcome,A lot of people have had good results with hotwires double your money back guarantee.Its best if you can make sure with the hotel what kind of room they give to hotwire customers,there was a few issues in Vegas where people were turned down because the hotwire room was in a better tower then the one on the hotels website.

I dont see a problem with csr"s posting here and can"t see why hotwire would as long as inside info is not being posted about hotel idenity.Look at the reason Southwest airlines runs so well,its because they let their people interact and have fun with their customers.

I have to disagree with you badbadleroybrown,a few hotel chains have reps that go to flyer talk all the time.A lot of people that travel often for business come to these sites for big savings and questions.Those reps help answer those questions.I find this service very helpfull and cant see any reason PL or Hotwire should have a problem with this , even if they are on the clock waiting for a call they are still in a since taking care of the customer (us here).They could be sitting there doing nothing,I like the fact that hotwirecsr takes the time to come here and answer questions that help people that might not other wise use hotwire without the answer to their questions.I can tell you that if this site was not here with all the great helping people and hotel lists that I would not even think about using Hotwire or PL.Some of hotwires biggest customers would be lost without this site and thats a fact.Thanks for taking the time to come here hotwirecrs and take care of those that make hotwire what it is today.

If you got a counter offer for $144 you could have refused that and used a free rebid and knocked at least $10 off that price.Priceline will always take less then there counter offer on hotels.Never take their counter offer unless your out of free rebids and have to have the room.

Both hotels do participate in the hotel packages.I found them both when looking for my dates in july.

Did you run out of free rebid areas,is that why you added boutique?Just want to make sure you understand free rebidding before you bid your San Diego trip.

You can book the pan pacific on their site for $149,so if its the pan you wont save much.

Theres a good chance it is but you better be ready to stay at the pan pacific or any other hotel that could come up!It all comes down to how bad you want the clift and the risk your willing to take for $65.Its never 100%
