So I use the PRICELINE link and it shows the rate as $119. How do I get this hotel for the $86?

Actually that post earlier on Emma's post where I asked for the price and you said it's in the title. How do I get that hotel? The hotels I need have to have a separate kitchen living room and bedroom. On another topic, I posted earlier about how I got upgraded to a suite in Las Vegas and I can't find it anymore.

For how much? FYI they charge I think $20 for parking.
