Actually I was expecting to get the Holiday Inn Express in Plano West - Frisco.

Interestingly, I tried refreshing the Hotwire page immediately after I got the Hyatt Place room and an almost identical hotel description for the same $46 price showed up. It had the same amenities, but instead of the 90% review, it said "We are still gathering reviews for this property."

Does anyone have any insight into what might be happening here? Are these definitely different properties because the customer rating indication is different?

I can't give you a good answer on this. We have heard this before. It might be a diffent property but it could also be that HOTWIRE choose to change this information for some reason.
