newark is notorious for crimes,

I wonder if I can bid for something that is around $30 for 10 days till 04/01, and I need free parking since I got a car.

my budget can go up but free parking is needed, towns must be close to jersey city. All..

"cheap as possible" is a relative term, $30 is unrealistic, we wouldn't want to suggest a strategy that is more than your budget allows. So what is your maximum budget per night?
