Got the Movenpick for July 9th to 11th

4* zone 2

Mar 4th bid $70 rejected PL asked for extra $22.

Mar 5th bid $74 accepted

$148. plus $26.10 tx total for 2 nights $174.10

Has anyone that bid on PL & got the Movenpick

Have you tried to confirm your reservation via email?

I have not heard from them but reluctant to call long distance

Am I worrying for nothing?

2 things come to mind if you really are worried... international phone rates really

are peanuts these days at under 5 cents a minute for most calls so why not

go ahead and call if it will allay any worries? Moevenpick also have a toll free 800

number... I would think they could confirm your reservation.

We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago and enjoyed it very much. Have fun!

I think wrob gives you the best advice. Those calls are cheap.

But I have seen 15-20 Movenpick winners via PL NYOP bidding post about their stays. I have never read a post about any problem once you got to the hotel. Make sure you take your PL reservation confirmation with you anyway.

I always call before I show up. But then I am putting in my bed, view, floor request on that same call.

I emailed about the bed request & to get info on the shuttle but nothing.

International rates are more from Canada but I may just have to go for it.

I finally got a reply to my reservation/bed request & info on the shuttle

It took over a week but at least I did not have to phone long distance :)
