Hello,

I need some help on bidding for a 4* hotel in Union square. I would prefer USE, the hyatt or westin is fine. my max bid is 100-105. Anychance I can get a hotel in USE for that price? I know USW is cheaper, if I can't get it for %105, I guess I will try for the USW for 70.

Any strategies?

USW is usually cheaper than USE but not always.

You have five rebid zones for 4* in USE. Please ask if you need help determining your rebid zones.

My suggestion is start at $70 for a 4* in USE.

Then add your rebid zones one at a time, raising your bid from $70 to $100 or 105, by amounts of your choosing.

Ok not sure if I did it correctly but end up with palace hotel for $90 a night in SOMA. is this location good? The price isn't bad for the 4* hotel.
