Priceline Hotel: 3* Fort Lauderdale (Coral Springs) Marriott

I was bidding on 3 1/2 * Hollywood hotels and using free rebids up to $85 when i inadvertently hit the 3* button and got Coral springs Marriot.

OOOPS!!!

I phoned Priceline and explained what happened and they canceled the reservation -$25 cancellation fee.

Learned my lesson. Always double check before you hit submit!!

yes I thought I had blown it and would have to stay way out in Coral Springs but my wife persuaded me to phone and try to cancel. "what have you got to lose"

So i did and they were quite good about it. Refunded everything except for 1 night stay + $25 cancellation fee. Told me I would get the one night fee back if and when I rebid and won. Which i did. Cost me $25 plus a nice dinner for my wife :)
