My best guess is the Vagabond Inn-SFO. There are a couple EconoLodge/Travelodge type properties in the zone that are also possibilities.

Whatever this is the 75% approval rating is pretty good for a 2*.

Given that it doesn't have a pool it might be the Vagabond Inn Executive SFO Airport. I haven't seen that on HOTWIRE, but its been on PRICELINE as 2 stars. Of the 12 hits for that area on tripadvisor (note, not the same exact area as HOTWIRE) it seems the most likely.
