4* in Gaslamp Quarter/Convention Center, San Diego

I'm seeing a 4-star for $122 for 2/10/10 through 2/13/10. Amenities:

Boutique, smoke-free rooms, fitness center, restaurant, high-speed internet.

I'm really hoping this is the Sofia or the Bristol. The nice lady in reservations told me the Sofia is pretty much booked for the nights I need, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything, right?

Thanks! And the sooner someone can clue me in, the better, since I'm stupid and didn't book the Sofia back when I should have. :)

I'm a little disappointed, because I pulled the trigger on this (out of panic) hoping it would be the Bristol or the Sofia, which are much closer to my meeting site. I'm going to be cabbing it every day, looks like.

Sorry to hear you're disapopinted in the results. Not sure why you expected one of the other properties as this hotel has been reported to the board previous and with this exact amenity combination, as per the Hotwire Hotel List.

This zone isn't really that big, so hopefully taxi fare won't end up costing too much and you can still make this work for your needs.

Totally failed to check that list. :/ It's gotten stellar reviews, though, so I'm looking forward to a nice stay. The Indigo in Chicago was pretty nice.
