Hotwire Hotel: 4* Tucson (North) Westward Look

I used the information from BB and the HOTWIRE Link. Before I went ahead I checked the "packages" part of Hotwire and found that they list the Westward Look as 3.5* and the Hilton Conquistador as 4* (the amenity list is identical), so I expected the Hilton. Don't expect consistency between packages and the opaque section. Also, FWIW I began by bidding on PRICELINE for the Oro Valley zone up to $70- Resort, with no acceptance and no counter-offer. Since Priceline has higher fees, the $74 at Hotwire gave the same total so I went that way. I usually find PL is lower, so I tried to diagnose the problem. Is Westward Look no longer up to Priceline standards? The highest possible non-resort in that zone is only 2.5*, so that's not it. I looked on the detailed maps. Westward Look is located south of what is Oro Valley on the map but it's not in Ventana Canyon or North Tucson zones of Priceline either. Strange. Maybe they just don't play Priceline. BTW the WL is offering a spring special with a nightly rate of over $200 and a rack rate over $300. Expedia has it for about $190. So HOTWIRE is doing well here.
