Im getting a hotel on Hotwire that i need help to ID.

Its 3* hotel Downtown-Harbor Island for $76 a night. Dates 9/8/10-9/13/10. The hotel description is as follows.

Fitness Centre, Pool, Restaurant, Laundry, High Speed Internet Access.
