Unfortunately a 4* property with just a Boutique icon has not yet been reported to the board, and with just this solo icon, which can apply to many hotels in the area, i don't think we'll be able to gain much insight into this one. The Victoires Opera has been reported to the board previously with a just a Boutique icon, but that was at the 4* level... it may have been downgraded since last reported to the board, but with no evidence to suggest this, i wouldn't bet the ranch on it since, as noted above, there are likely many boutique hotels in this zone which could qualify for the 3.5* rating.

It could be Hotel Banke, which is listed as 3.5* in Hotwire's vacation packages, and which is a new boutique hotel (part of the Epoque collection).

I bid $125 in Eiffel Tower - Port De Versailles - Montparnasse. Asked to increase price $22- went back instead and added Champs Elysees - Opera Quarter West and increased to $130. Used the PRICELINE links from the site of course!
