Hello I played with Kayak and Expedia

My guess (which i'm 90 % sure )

3.5 Cathercidy condo would be desert oasis resort

ps they only have 1 bed room suite configuration

there are only two resorts in cathedral city in 3~3.5 star. doral princess desert oasis resort

doral has very few suites so not applicable

so only possible choice would be Desert oasis resort

This property has not yet been reported to the board/ID'd. The Desert Rose may be a possibility, but this could also be something else and remains un-ID'd. I'm not finding anything regarding this property being smoke-free.
