The 2.5* USW has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but the 2* USE would likely be the Baldwin.

Additionally, the Cova Hotel is on sale via Orbitz for $76 (from $119), and that property appears to offer free breakfast. The WELCOME10 code also works for that.

The Cova property - which is listed as a 2* on some services and 3* on others, does look pretty nice and get good reviews. I'm not familiar with the area, but from a deal perspective, the free breakfast is a nice bonus and $76 is already 35% off, then you can use the WELCOME10 coupon for another 10% off.

You can probably win a 3* or 2.5* for $50 or less on PRICELINE. Civic Center zone would be most likely but a 2.5* in USW or USE is also possible. If you're interested someone can suggest a strategy.

The Opal and Cova that AaronJB mentioned are also good budget options.
