Started at $45 and won.

Tried to get creative to get Residence Inn which was a previous PRICELINE property. Mistake. Broke cardinal rule of PL'ing.

Be smart and don't bid a lower category than you really want when trying to nail a particular property. Regretting this!

I believe this is a new property for the list, it was formerly the Holiday Inn next to the Sheraton. As a Holiday Inn, this property received mixed reviews, but for $45, I think its a good deal. If you have a car, the daily parking fee is $15.

There is a Residence Inn located in the Elizabeth zone, but its difficult to target a specific property when bidding.
