riche Posted January 10, 2010 Report Posted January 10, 2010 :) Got the Summerfield in Morristown Failed at 43, next bid was accepted at $51.I think they raised the price. Maybe I could have gotten it cheaper, but am happy to pay the extra 35 to be there instead of somewhere else.
