Hotwire Hotel: Please help identify 4* Hollywood Area

Hello I'm new to this wonderful forum. I'm looking for a hotel in LA in August. I might be too early I guess but on the moment there's a 4* Hollywood Area coming up for $149 for 10-12 August which I can't identify using the Hotwire list

Amenities: Smoke Free Rooms, Fitness Center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Business Center, High-speed Internet Access, Spa Services

No TripAdvisor rating

Any assistance is much appreciated. Thank you!

Unfortunately this property has not yet been reported to the board.

There are some board members who are local to the area who may be able to take a guess as to the ID and hopefully they will respond with their thoughts.

The new W Hollywood is opening in a few weeks. This could be that.

I would guess that parking is likely similarly priced at many hotels in this area; there may be a parking lot/garage nearby that is more reasonably priced.

I was checking back on Hotwire & the W Hollywood Hotel rate for my same booking date seems to fluctuate between $143 - $144 - $149 - $159

Is this a common occurrence on Hotwire?

Just want to understand how this works.

Yes, common with HOTWIRE....

HOTWIRE usus a variable mark-up so that the hotel always priced at $140 in a given area doesn't always result in HotelA and a $145 hotel in the same area doesn't always result in HotelB. By flucutating the prices it helps create uncertainty in regards to which hotel is being offered on a given offering.
